Beginning 1/8/2022 (Saturday) we will be returning to curbside service ONLY for all services. During the Omicron surge, we believe that this is the best way to protect our staff and clients while still being able to provide the best care possible. These changes mean that you and your pet will remain in your vehicle when you arrive for your appointment or to pick up prescriptions and continue to text the check in line. One of our team members will come out to retrieve your pet or bring you your purchase, you will remain in your car on premise for the entirety of the appointment and the Doctor will call you on your phone to go over the exam and estimate, please make sure to answer any blocked or unknown calls during your appointment time.

We require that all New Clients and Same Day Appointments pre-pay the Exam during the Appointment making process. All same day appointments will be considered Confirmed and be subject to the Cancellation policy.
We ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment in order to allow other patients the opportunity to be seen. The full amount of the Exam, Recheck, or Technician Appointment will be added to your account or charged to the card on file if you fail to arrive for your appointment and have not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
Due to the high demand of online and in house prescriptions, please allow a minimum of 48 hours or longer for approval. If this is for a refill of a medication, please contact us a minimum of 7 days prior to running out of your prescription.
