OUR CURRENT POLICIES:
Clients are to remain in their car upon arrival and call or text to check in. One of our staff members will then escort you into an examination room with your pet. You will be required to stay in the examination room during the entirety of your visit.
Only one person will be allowed to accompany their pet. We require that all clients wear an N95 mask. If you do not have one, we will provide you one for you. Upon arrival you will be asked if you have been exposed to COVID or have any flu like symptoms within the last 14 days. If so, we will ask you to reschedule.
We are still doing curbside service for those who prefer it. Please let us know by calling or texting when you arrive. We will still only be doing curbside service for technician appointments and prescription and pet food pickups.
ALL APPOINTMENTS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED TIME MUST PREPAY WITH A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR EXAMINATION CHARGE. MISSED APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED.
Due to the high demand of online and in house prescriptions, please expect 24 hours for approval, If you do not hear from us please call. If this is for a refill of a medication, please contact us a minimum of 7 days prior to running out of your prescription.
